L'evolució de la situació sanitària de la COVID-19 a Catalunya amb la tendència negativa de les últimes setmanes, així com les mesures anunciades aquest mateix dilluns pel Govern de la Generalitat, ha portat a prendre la decisió de NO celebrar enguany la Festa Major. Una decisió dolorosa que es pren per responsabilitat col·lectiva en aquests moments complicats que estem vivint.
Des de l'Ajuntament volem agrair la implicació i els esforços que han fet entitats i persones, en aquestes darreres setmanes, per poder-la dur a terme com també la seva col·laboració i comprensió en el moment de prendre aquesta decisió. Especialment volem agrair la tasca de la Comissió de Festes.
Només ens queda desitjar que en un futur no molt llunyà puguem tornar a la normalitat i sortir al carrer a celebrar una festa tant nostra com és la Festa Major.
